Brand narrative, campaign concept and development.

As a team lead, I set up on a journey to redefine the brand narrative, transitioning from a strictly product-oriented strategy to one prioritising customer engagement and fostering a more human approach. Our aim was to cultivate deeper relationships with the audience and separate ourselves from our competitors.

To achieve this, we revamped the visual style by incorporating elements from the existing brand and infusing them with a fresh perspective based on customer insights. This transformation not only elevated our comms but also imbued them with a distinct signature, striking a balance between maturity and playfulness.
